Policies

Payment methods accepted are Cash, Check, Credit Card, Apple/Samsung Pay, HSA/FLEX

In your confirmation email, you will find a link to complete an intake form and informed consent.  It is very important to have these complete prior to your first appointment.

​

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you receive your FULL time.

​

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled, and you will receive an invoice for the full cost of the appointment.

​

Please respectively give a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice.  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be invoiced for the full cost of the appointment.

There are NO refunds on purchased packages or gift certificates. No exceptions!
