Receive a customized 30, 60, 75, or 90 minute massage session.  Sessions will be for the full time booked.  A combination of Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point massage will be used based on my intuition and your verbal and non-verbal needs.  A 30 minute session is ideal only if you are wanting focused work on one or two areas.  Some common areas requested for a 30 minute session include neck and jaw for TMJ & Tinnitus relief, hands and feet for achiness and relaxation, and neck and back for muscle tension and stress relief.  Organic food grade avocado or coconut oil, DoTERRAⓇ Essential oils, Deep Blue Rub, and steamed towels are used for every massage. Hot packs, hot stones, cold packs and cups are included and may or may not be used based on what is most beneficial.

Receive a full 30 or 60 minutes of cupping.  This is enough time to cover two-four areas of your choice.  Cupping is a form of alternative healing with benefits including relaxation, tension/pain relief and increased blood flow.  I have found it highly effective for myself personally and wanted to share this ancient healing technique.

Created by Stephen Terrell PsyD, out of Austin, TX, this deeper method of healing helps increase emotional regulation, gain capacity, and reduce the effects of stress & trauma on the nervous system.  This technique combines regulation, presence, and relationship to repair.  This work can be done in person or remotely (a video call), using only intention and is known as "Transforming Presence".  Working with intention is just as powerful if not stronger than physical touch.  Changes may be subtle, but exponential over time.  It is common for an increase in overall awareness and the ability to handle what life throws your way with a little more grace.  Bringing us out of "fight-or-flight" and creating more space within, It supports us in responding rather than reacting. 

Introduced in 2014  by the ICRT, Holy FireⓇ Reiki is a relatively new and refined form of Reiki, coming from a higher level of consciousness.  A Holy FireⓇ Reiki attunement can start a cleansing process that affects the mind and emotions.  Toxins, feelings and non-self-serving thought patterns may be released.  Our Ki, or Life Energy is responsive to our thoughts and emotions.  When the flow of our Ki is disrupted, it can contribute to diminished functioning within our organs and tissues resulting in illness.  These sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes.

Receive a 15-minute oracle reading.  Pick from one of several decks you are drawn to and receive your guidance from above.  Sessions are available in person and remotely.

Energetic or spiritual cords are metaphysical connections between people, places or even things.  These energetic cords are usually created through various relationships or interactions.  Through these cords, there is an energy exchange. This exchange can be either positive or negative.  Unhealthy cords are formed in toxic or draining relationships or negative interactions and may perpetuate negative thought patterns and emotional dependencies.  This could be detrimental to overall well-being and hindering you from reaching your true potential.  Through guided meditation and/or energy work, we will clear and remove negative cords.  These 30 minute sessions can be done in person or remotely.

A full 75 minutes of lymphatic massage. This session will include some reflexology, a castor oil pack and abdominal massage with helpful essential oils that may include lemon, rosemary, grapefruit, fennel, and sandalwood. The lymphatic system assists the body in removing toxins and waste.  Lymphatic massage is a very gentle massage that helps stimulate the drainage of lymph nodes and move lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes for filtering.  It is beneficial post-surgery to reduce fluid retention (with Dr.'s clearance), and is helpful to people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, aids in detox and helps give the immune system a boost.

I've had several clients ask how to skin brush, so I offer 30 minutes of methodical skin brushing to help kickstart your brushing routine.  Skin brushing was pioneered by the ancient Egyptians and used by Romans, Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.  It is a natural ritual that stimulates and softens the skin, removes dead skin cells, increases circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, and can help tone and sculpt, but is best done on a regular basis after your initial session.  This session includes your own natural bristle skin brush to take home and continue your routine.  If you already have a brush you would like to bring for me to use, please know there will be a $5 discount.

Based on the Polyvagal Theory, Dr. Stephen Porges Safe & Sound ProtocolⓇ is a non-invasive 5 hour listening therapy, that stimulates the vagus nerve.  The vagus nerve is responsible for calming the nervous system.  SSP can help reset your nervous system, improve your nervous system regulation, and help you connect with yourself and others with a sense of safety.  Many people can benefit from SSP including those with anxiety, inability to focus, auditory sensitivities, behavioral regulation, issues with sleep, and social and emotional difficulties.  More info...

This 30 minute session can be done in person  or remotely. Commonly, past experiences can create heavy emotions that are stored within.  Every emotion has an energy or vibration behind it.  Unacknowledged or stored emotions can cause a back-up of energy and hinder our full potential energetic flow, causing us to feel heavy, blocked, stuck dark, etc.  During your session, you will receive a clearing and Illumination of your Chakras to support your Ki (Life Force) and bring in devine light where space has been made.  It is helpful, but not necessary to be able to identify some possible heavy emotions you carry around on a regular basis prior to your appointment.  Some examples of heavy emotions may include fear, guilt, grief, shame, hate, resentment, and regret.  A clearing will help remove energetic blockages within your energy centers associated with your heavy emotions.  This allows your life force to flow a little more efficiently, a creates sense of feeling lighter and more responsive instead of reactive.
