At True Essence Body Therapy, I am committed to providing alternative methods of healing to promote mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist since 2011 and a true passion for making a difference, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals through a combination of techniques including Massage Therapy, Stephen Terrell, PsyD's Transforming TouchⓇ Protocol, Stephen Porges Safe & Sound ProtocolⓇ (SSP), Holy FIreⓇ Reiki, Energy Clearing & Illumination, guided meditation, and Dr. Terence Palmer's Remote Spirit Release Therapy (RSR). Outside of my business, I am a Mom to a 16 year old and dog Mom to a 7 year old. I love all things outdoors including going for walks, hiking, camping, rockhounding and Japanese fly fishing. I also enjoy crafty things like tying flies for fishing and making earrings, bracelets and dream catchers in my spare time.
